After Placing the order if you changed your mind, or want to place some different product order, you can
cancel it before we ship.
All the product sold are hand made, pure copper and are fully guaranteed you are not satisfied, Contact us for
return / replacement . we will review and provide the best resolution.
In case of any Buyer compunction or fraud Claim, i.e buyer changes his or her mind will not be entertained.
While entering the address please make sure that it all required information as once shipped we cannot make any
amendments
Items that were damaged, defective or sent in error will be replaced.
